At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit a return request to receive your RMA number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the return invoice or a note with your order number and RMA inside the parcel.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
